Hi! I'm Kim, Jessica's mom, and I own Pawsitively Purrfect 2. After several years of seeing and helping Jessica pet sit and watching her grooming business grow, I stopped and wondered why I wasn't also working with animals. So off to grooming school I went! I've grown up with pets my entire life; in our house, they've always just been part of the family. I've owned large Labs, a teeny tiny Pomeranian and now an adorable silver Poodle named Ella; I love all breeds and sizes in between.

I love spending time in the van and pampering pups one-on-one. I have always had a soft spot for senior dogs, and I love that with being mobile, I'm able to take my time and give them the extra TLC they need and deserve. I'm often found singing to or kissing the dogs I groom. I LOVE bows and bandanas and seeing how excited and proud the dogs are to show off to their owners when they're done. We're very excited to keep Pawsitively Purrfect in the family to ensure that every client gets the same, loving care as the last. I look forward to pampering your pup next!

ABOUT YOUR GROOMERs

​Hi! My name is Jessica, and I am the proud owner of Pawsitively Purrfect Mobile Pet Spa. 

I majored in Human Resources and Business Management, but after a few office jobs, I realized I was meant to work with animals. In 2008, I started Pawsitively Purrfect and began offering dog walks and pet sitting. I never could have imagined how quickly that would take off! I found myself booked and hiring help the first summer. 

I loved pet sitting, but I wanted to provide my wonderful and very loyal clients with an additional service. So I began grooming school; afterwards, I worked in local salons and even for a large chain. 

Growing up, my dogs were always my "brothers" and my pets now are my "kids". My dog has drawers full of clothes, a closet full of toys, birthday parties, and more room in the bed than me. I pamper my pets and want only the best for my clients four-legged friends as well. 

I love grooming, but as an animal lover, I hated seeing dogs and cats coming into the salons scared and stressed out. I believe grooming should be a happy, safe, and relaxing experience. So I set out to find the perfect pet spa...on wheels. Now, I'm proud to say that the pets I groom get to enjoy a full spa experience. There are no scary cages or other barking dogs. Each pet gets to experience one-on-one pampering from start to finish.

Meet Samatha! The newest addition to our Pawsitively Purrfect family. Samantha has always been an animal lover since she can remember and even wanted to be a farmer when she was little so she could have ALL of the animals! She found herself on the van one day to tag along, and the rest is history. Samantha has spent the last year in grooming school as well as on the van to learn the mobile life. She loves hanging out with and pampering the pups, and it really shows! When she's not in the van, she's usually with her rescued pup Cleo, who she has had since 2011. She loves attending concerts, taking road trips, walking or swimming with Cleo, and baking/ decorating cakes--yum!
